Joanne Dickson has close to 20 years experience in Recruiting Staff and is still completely hands on with her clients today.
From an early age of 16, whilst at school, Joanne was running a new local Italian restaurant and essentially recruiting and managing staff. Over the years, Joanne has recruited and mentored a team of Recruitment Consultants, has worked extensively in Recruitment Agencies, recruiting for many of Sydney’s top performing companies. Joanne has also worked for two successful companies, in in-house recruiting roles working closely with the Directors responsible for recruitment and staff engagement across all areas of the businesses.
Joanne is passionate and a perfectionist to achieve exceptional results for her clients. She is a confidant and is humbled by the trust that is given to her and relationships she has formed with clients and candidates over the years.
Joanne sees people as the best asset a Director has. Recruiting the right staff for each unique business is extremely important as it’s essentially a person’s second home.
